Newbies Northcote is a boutique early child care centre licensed for 35 children.
The centre in Northcote opened in September 2015. We have a stable teaching team with excellent (well over government minimum) ratios. Our opening hours are 7.30-5.30 with a short day option available from 8.30-3.30.
Although Newbies is a mixed age centre, infants and toddlers have separate play areas, and the under 2 year olds are able to choose throughout the day whether they would like to be in their own area or with the older children
Newbies has an open door policy and families are welcome at our centre at any time. For first time visitors it is advisable to make an appointment so that we can ensure we have a teacher available to give you their undivided attention.

Newbies Birkdale opened in November 2020.
We are licensed for 54 children. We have space for 14 children aged under two and 40 children over the age of two. Newbies Birkdale is made up of three seperate play areas, all leading to an amazing outdoor area which allows for both mixed-age play and seperate areas for older children to provide more advanced play experiences.
Newbies has an open door policy and families are welcome at our centre at any time. For first time visitors it is advisable to make an appointment so that we can ensure we have a teacher available to give you their undivided attention.
